Amazing tool and amazing shipping!
We love this brand already! We bought our dad another one, and this one is the newest super tool. The blades are longer and it is incredibly durable. I love using it and almost didn’t want to give it up. It was the same price on amazon that it was on the actual brand website- but amazon prime shipping made it worth buying it on here. Amazing packaging and included leather sheath.

    I have one of the original Leatherman multi-tools. It is over 30 years old and it goes where I go. I had a problem with the locking mechanism a few years ago, sent it back to Leatherman, and they fixed it for free, no questions asked. My boyfriend lost his Leatherman awhile back, so I bought him a Super Tool from Amazon to replace it. He is a maintenance engineer/mechanic and loves the Super Tool, and uses it every day at work. The versatility, durability, and quality of this multi-tool is legendary. There is no downside to this handy tool, it is the best in its class.

    Leatherman is great. Quality made and heavy. Useful tools. I was in a 3 car pileup on the expressway driving home from Chicago and was rear ended. My rear bumper fell off and was still held on by just a plastic rivet. There’s no way that thing would come off so I could drive home. Thank God for my Leatherman. Used the saw on it to saw off the rivet and the bumper came off. If I didn’t have that Leatherman there’s no way I could have driven my car dragging a bumper behind me. I would have had to call a tow truck. So this one is staying in my car forever.

    Got this for my partner for Xmas. He is a millwright and auto mechanic and has this attached to his hip every day. He really likes how durable it is, and all of the features. Especially the wire tools, though all of them are useful. The holder is made of leather and is very tough. Would definitely recommend this style to people who occasionally do wiring stuff, or occasionally need a small saw (we used it right away to trim parts of our xmas tree).

    Not sure how I made it in life without this tool. I use it almost daily and usually multiple times a day. Had questions about warrantee issues with a previous tool. Leatherman gave very fast, courteous responses and pretty much warrantee anything with their products. They offered to make my old one like new again, but I opted to just purchase a new one. My old one I felt paid for itself many times over. One thing they changed on my new one didn't work as well for me and I asked why the change and I got a real honest answer. It was for looks. I use it to pull a string on fiber optical cable and it now breaks the string. No big deal. Buy this tool!

    Very well crafted tool had for one week now. I’ve put it through it’s paces working in an industrial setting. All of the screw drivers hold up very well and you are more then capable tightening down virtually anything within reason of course. Both serrated knife and straight blade knife are EXTREMELY sharp from factory and so far have held that edge with no blunting or chipping like I’ve seen with cheaper quality Multitools. Locking capabilities when tools are completely extended. Wire cutters superb they’ll even slice through 1/0 wire with no problems. The only complaint I have about this is I wish that they would replace the dumb lanyard holder (the circle pull out tool) with a pair of scissors it’s useless. But all in all very good tool highly recommended

    I have used several models of Leatherman products. Although I find them all to be superior to their competitors, the Super Tool is my model if choice. I personally have proven that I can't be trusted with removable bits, so the Super Tool's assortment of permanently affixed drivers are perfect for me. I also find that, even brand new, the super tool tends to open up to pliers easier than Leatherman's other models like Wave or Rebar. This is my 3rd purchase of the super tool. The other 2 were stolen, so I've yet to put the warranty to the test, but they've all held up amazingly well to the rigors of the Auto industry. Granted, I never use it for a task that is better suited to a larger more robust tool, but I've been surprised at the abuse it can withstand.

    My one complaint is that it doesn't have outside-opening blades like the Wave, so I need to flip the whole thing open to retrieve my blades, then close backaround it. Even that seems a petty complaint.

    I recommend this product to every young person I meet that is starting out in an industrial debug setting. I'd also recommend it to anyone who likes to be prepared for anything.

    ...Just remember to put it in your CHECKED LUGGAGE! That's how I lost number 1.

    Arrived in perfect condition. I had an original from 23 years ago and am used to it more of course but this is very nice. A little bigger. My original was still in good condition after years of use but I had to give it up when I forgot about it in my backpack going through security. 23 year relationship down the drain, but this is a nice replacement for an irreplaceable original.
