- Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2024We've been implementing Traction for the last 6 months, and this book was the perfect hand out to our managers to give them a layperson's understanding of what EOS is, and how it impacts them. Would have been nice if it was available in paperback.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2024This book, changed the way our business ran on a daily basis. It lays out what the EOS platform is, and explains it clearly and consiely. It shows you what to expect if you implement EOS as your company operating system. It is how people talk to each other, how meetings become efficient, how clear lines of direction are created and followed. Our business has been using EOS for 5 years, and we would not be in business today if we had not moved to this.

It is an easy read.

It offers clear and concise explanations of the EOS framework, making it easy to understand and apply. The book provides practical insights and actionable steps for implementing EOS in any organization. Whether you're new to EOS or looking to deepen your understanding, this book is a valuable resource that I highly recommend.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 9, 2017It’s hard for me to be negative about this book because the concept of the EOS program have inspired a wonderful change in how my company is run. We were assigned to read the book to help us understand the process behind the changes. The book was a simple concept fleshed out with fluff, over promises and repetition - not for emphasis but to take this from a pamphlet to a book. I like EOS a lot but not because of its presentation here.

5.0 out of 5 stars Game changer
We worked through EOS as a charity in 2020. We have embedded it in our organisation. We've had to modify it slightly because we have four entities and four boards across three countries.
What the Heck is EOS? Is provided to new Board Members and new senior staff members to get them into a space of understanding our model, structure, and communication systems.
