Heleen Grossman

President – HRTG Atlanta, Inc.

Heleen Grossman, founder of HRTG Atlanta, is a results-oriented executive bringing
over 30 years of human resources leadership and sales expertise to her company.

Heleen’s multifaceted experience includes working with leading Fortune 100
companies including Mars, Inc., Quaker Oats, PepsiCo, and Kimberly Clark. However,
over the past several years, her focus has shifted and she now works closely with
senior leadership of small to medium size businesses to reduce risk within their
organizations. This involves facilitating a human resources compliant workspace,
navigating audits, implementing workplace training, strengthening employee
relations, and integrating customized policies and procedures.

A native Atlantan, Heleen holds a degree in business management from The University of Georgia and a masters of human resources degree from Georgia State University. She is currently a member of The Society of HR Management (SHRM, National and Atlanta Chapter), Professional Women’s Network, a mentor for Pathbuilders (a mentoring organization for women), member of several Chambers and Networking Alliances and a volunteer in her community for many local programs and projects.

Heather Steele

Sr. Vice President – HRTG Atlanta, Inc.

Heather has over 20 years of leadership experience driving human resources and operations. Throughout her career, she has worked with internationally renowned organizations including Tyco Healthcare (now Covidien), Kimberly Clark Corporation and Oldcastle Precast, a CRH company. She currently focuses on small and medium-sized organizations, working closely with executive leaders to address everyday human resources needs. These needs include, but are not limited to, policy and procedures implementation, employee relations, talent development, employee training and human resources compliance. Her mission is to help organizations create a positive environment where employees are treated fairly and consistently.

Originally from Texas, Heather and her family have lived in the Atlanta area for 12 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in human resources from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Heather is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), a member of several chambers of commerce and serves on the board of directors for the Georgia Hunter and Jumper Association.

Cindy Durden

Vice President – HRTG Atlanta, Inc.

Cindy is a result driven leader in Human Resources with over twenty years of experience ranging from private family-owned businesses to a Global Fortune 500 company such as Olsten, Oldcastle Precast, CRH Americas, Atlanta Winsupply Inc. and TruCode, LLC. Cindy is an accomplished leader with a history of success and experience in all aspects of human resource management, including planning and leading human resource programs, employee relations, building effective teams and ensuring enterprise compliance and reporting (OFCCP, EEOC and Vets 100) along with Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.  Throughout her career, Cindy has worked closely with business leaders to identify management/employment development needs and design, implemented and facilitate training.

Cindy’s passion is working with new leaders to help them build effective teams and realize their goals. Currently Cindy is working as a consultant in the HR/Talent Management Industry, targeting small to medium companies with a need for all things HR. Her work includes; Talent recruiting and development, manager training, building effective teams, employee relations, employment law and regulations, Employee handbooks, Job Classifications and Pay Rates, interviewing, annual reviews, harassment training, Regulation compliance, Group Health insurance and other employee/employer relations matters.

Cindy and her husband currently live in Metro Atlanta and are actively developing a small farm in North Georgia.  Cindy is an active member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management and NILG (National Industry Liaison Group) and volunteers with a local organization supporting single mothers.
