This was a fantastic episode that covered so many great topics to think about!
I also feel you Trace on the meditation thing – the traditional (or sterotypical) meditation has never been my thing. However, I find a great sense of peace and do my best thinking when I’m out cycling on the open road – either listening to a podcast and reflecting on it or just listening to music. So, maybe you can find a more “active” meditation mode 🙂
